POST 17 CATCHER Austin Hayes applies the tag at the plate on Inmans Dallas Betsil in a second round game of the 2014 South Carolina American Legion State Tournament at Riley Park in Sumter. The Kershaw County entry made its first apearance in the eight-team event and finished tied for third in the state. Coached by Craig Smith, the locals finished a record-setting campaign with a final 25-9 record.
