In meeting with and talking to chamber members and other businesses, I hear time and time again that their biggest challenge is workforce. Their challenges can range from finding people to fill open jobs to finding people who can meet expectations to stay on the job. Because of the significant need, the chamber is going to place greater focus on businesses’ workforce needs this fiscal year.
