Years ago, when I wrote about the September 11 terrorist attacks, I urged everyone to be mad at the right people: the terrorists, and not the vast majority of people they claimed to represent. We could be mad at -- and did go after -- the others who enabled the terrorists. That included other terrorists, as well as governments and/or government-sponsored organizations that assisted them as well.
