Last month, I wrote about how the extreme temperatures in June, the current drought conditions throughout the summer and the probability of bugs attacking trees is likely, all of which are wreaking havoc on our community trees. As of this writing, we’ve had gone 21 consecutive days with no measurable rain fall within the city center. Today (Thursday), it is finally raining, but we are still way behind in adequate soil moisture.
