While not as earth-shattering as the events of Sept. 11, 2001, I still remember the images of April 16, 2007. That was the day Seung-Hui Cho killed 32 people and wounded many others at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va. Much of what I learned that day came from local news outlets such as The Roanoke Times and, especially, Tech’s student-run newspaper and website, The Collegiate Times.
