You’ve probably heard the term “island time” -- the notion that in the Caribbean islands things don’t operate so much on a schedule as on a whim. On island time, dinner might be served at 7 p.m., at midnight or not at all. Same with going to bed, getting up, drinking margaritas and nearly everything else.
