We would like to offer our congratulations -- and a hearty welcome to the neighborhood -- to Dr. William “Shane” Robbins, who has been named as the next superintendent for the Kershaw County School District. Dr. Robbins replaces Dr. Frank Morgan, who is retiring at the end of June. Dr. Robbins comes to Kershaw County with an impressive resume.
