We’re happy to be reporting that the Arts Center of Kershaw County will be reopening its doors on Sept. 17 after being closed for six months due to the COVID-19 novel coronavirus pandemic. Sept. 17 is the date the Bassett Gallery will kick off what the center is calling a “Rewakening of the Arts” with the Through it all, I RISE! exhibit by South Carolina artist Keith Tolen.
