Is Kershaw County going to be the site of a new Columbia YMCA branch? The jury is still out -- or rather, the data is still being studied -- but there seems to be a pretty good chance. Staff members of the YMCA of Columbia, along with representatives from a consulting group, were in Kershaw County this spring.
