• We, as we suspect many others do, look forward to the day when the new version of the Armory restaurant opens in downtown Camden. Chef and co-owner Ed Caraminas says he’ll take some of the old business’ menu, remake them with his own recipes and add favorites from his former Boston and Florida restaurants. The mention of Maryland blue crab caught several C-I staffers’ attention.
