Utility work

Lately, there seems to be some question as to when the city of Camden will finish some of its downtown infrastructure projects. The project to which many seem to be referring is something called “Project Blackhawk,” which has been underway for a couple of years now and encompasses an area of downtown Camden between Lyttleton Street and the Kendall Mill village and involves placing utilities underground as well as resurfacing streets and replacing/repairing/installing curb, gutter and sidewalks. As it turns out, they are nearly finished.
