Hunting association member takes issue with land owners letter

As a hunter with more than 60 years of hunting experience in South Carolina, I would like to stand up and say a previous letter on dog hunting (“Lugoff landowner shares hunters’ frustrations,” Sept. 25, 2015) is a bunch of poppycock. First off, the author calls “still hunting” in his own words as hunting. If you use the word hunting to mean using corn, salt blocks, mieral blocks and sugar beet powder within rock-throwing distance in a tree stand 15 feet in the air “hunting,” I guess so.
