U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina has promised to introduce his “Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act” in the Senate in the next few weeks. This is an unconstitutional attack on women’s rights and healthcare. In 1973, the Supreme Court, in a 7-2 decision, allowed women to terminate a pregnancy based on the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
