As the councilman representing District 4 for Kershaw County Council, I emphatically support Brad Hanley for Elgin Town Council. Mr. Hanley has served on Elgin’s planning and zoning commission, several terms on council, as mayor pro tem and as mayor. During his tenure, Elgin Town Hall was renovated when the Blaney Fire Department relocated and, with the renovations, the added areas of the Elgin Police Department, municipal courtroom/council chambers and a new lobby.
