A peaceful little town is Eutawville, near a fishing village. In the late 1800s, it was nearby home and bedroom to the giant Santee Cooper Lumber company that eventually owned most of the forests in South Carolina including the Beidler National Forest near Camden. There, we enjoy sights like synchronized fireflies and forest beauty at its best.
