Recently the Camden/Lugoff areas suffered greatly with the loss of an irreplaceable human being, Leonard Allen Proctor. After a long time serving the God he loved so well, Mr. Proctor joined the saints in glory. Mr. Proctor and I were members of New Life Christian Outreach Church in Lugoff, whose pastor is Rev. Richard Cameron.
