I was browsing the internet looking at different sites listing historical events of the past 100 years and was surprised to see how much of history had been left off. So many events which have taken place during the past century which have been instrumental in the growth of this country have been left out of our history books and articles of today. In 1930, we saw the beginning of the Great Depression.
