Arby’s Roast Beef is coming to Camden, with construction set to begin this week, said an official at the fast food chain. Kershaw CountyPlanning and Zoning Director Julian Gause confirmed Tuesday that Arby’s Roast Beef had been issued a construction permit for a 2,755 square foot restaurant to be built nesxt to the Gate gasoline station in the parking lot of Springdale plaze, which currently has Wal-Mart, Goody’s and Winn-Dixie as its anchor stores. ***** Habitat For Humanity of Kershaw County was approved as an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International March 1, according to organization officials. Habitat for Humanity International is a non-profit, ecumenical Christian organization dedicated to the elimination of substandard housing worldwide.
