Liza VanHorn has been the quintessential girl-about-town for the last couple of months. As publicity chairman for the 1984 MAD (Music, Art, Drama) Festival, she’s not quite sure whether she lives on Rectory Square, at the Fine Arts Center or at the Chronicle-Independent, and someone said something about jher having a telephone growing out of her ear. Well, the months of hard work and preparation for Mrs. VanHorn and hundreds of other MAD volunteers are nearly over.
