Lugoff-Elgin Senior Mary Carolyn DeBruhl of Lugoff has danced away with the title of Miss Darlington County 2003. The Miss South Carolina preliminary was held at the Center Theatre in Hartsville. She performed a cloggin routine to “Banjo Fantasy” and won the talent award as well as the crown.
