Safe Escape Rescue workers, firefighters and law enforcement officers were amazed that Robert Hannah walked away from a Monday wreck on 1-20 West. After Hannah’s truck blew out a tire, it crashed through a guard rail, skidded down the embankment, stopped just short of the water and burst into flames. Firefighters from Camden and Lugoff responded as well as officials with the S.C. Highway Patrol, the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Department and the S.C. Department of Transportation.
