Ground breaking ceremonies were held Monday for Springdale Village, a full service retirement community to be located in Camden. Springdale Village will be located on battleship Road next to the YMCA Fitness Center. Many local government and business leaders were in attendance including South Carolina House Speaker Bob Sheheen.
