Elizabeth Ann Fischer, a sophomore at the University of South Carolina, daughter of Betty and Richard Fischer of Camden has been awarded a $1,500 scholarship from the Morris Newspaper Corporation for the 1990-91 scholastic year. A 1988 graduate of Camden High School, Miss Fischer is active in the S.C. Scholastic Press Association and the Southern Interscholarship Association. ***** Cpl. James A. Streett, son of James O. Streett of Darlington and Earline B. Foxworth of Camden, has been awarded the Expert Infantryman Badge, the U.S. Army’s highest combat proficiency award for infantrymen. Seventeen infantry skills are rated in the testing, including marksmanship, hand grenade, anti-tank weapons, first aid, military intelligence and signal communications.
